Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of the GRANIT digital programme on https://granit-app.com, published by Palacio Pichardo Boutique, sole proprietorship, 15 rue du Comte-Géraux, 1213 Onex, Genève, Suisse ("the Seller").

2. Product

GRANIT is a bodyweight training programme, delivered as a digital document (PDF). It is a general physical activity programme intended for healthy adults; it does not replace medical advice and does not constitute a diagnosis or treatment.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in CHF (or in the currency of the market) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is made online via Shopify Payments (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The order is confirmed once payment has been validated.

4. Delivery

As the product is digital, access is immediate: a download link is sent by email after payment. No physical item is shipped.

5. Right of withdrawal and guarantee

Although the product is digital and accessible immediately, the Seller grants a 90-day "satisfied or your money back" guarantee (see the Refund Policy). All requests must be sent to granitapp@gmail.com.

6. Intellectual property

The content of GRANIT is protected by copyright. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable right of use. Reselling, sharing or distributing the PDF is prohibited. Each file is marked with the buyer's name.

7. Liability

You undertake to perform the exercises within the limits of your abilities and, where necessary, after obtaining medical clearance. The Seller cannot be held liable for any improper use of the programme or any failure to comply with the safety instructions.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the Seller's registered office, subject to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
