GRANIT ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.

Data we collect

• Email and questionnaire answers: when you take the test, so we can send you your profile and the tailored programme.
• Order data: name, email, billing address, transaction details (processed by Shopify; we never store your full card number).
• Browsing data: cookies and technical identifiers for measurement and advertising purposes (see "Cookies").

Why we use it

To process your order, deliver the programme to you, send you emails related to your purchase and, if you consent to it, tips and offers. To improve the site and measure our advertising.

Subcontractors (data processors)

• Shopify — store, payment, order emails.
• Fileflare — secure delivery of the PDF file.
• Netlify — page hosting.
• Klaviyo (where applicable) — sending of marketing emails.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising measurement and targeting via the pixel.

Cookies and consent

When you arrive on the site, a banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. Measurement and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) as well as marketing tools (Klaviyo) are only activated after your consent. Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function always remain active. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookies" link at the bottom of the page, or via your browser settings.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the commercial relationship and our legal obligations, then we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification of or deletion of your data, or object to its marketing processing, by writing to granitapp@gmail.com.
